What to Expect

Courses are 3 weeks long, 3 hours a week.

Our courses are open to Global Majority Improvisors (Improvisors who identify as Black, Indigenous, and/or People of Color) and to Improvisors who identify as women or nonbinary. Expect complex conversation, perspectives and play.

We're an Improv Training Company

We train using Improv.

You won't find leveled classes here. No "Level One" to speak of. Our courses are centered around communication, collaboration, creativity and curiosity. We're training you to develop these qualities in yourself, because they help you in your life and relationships, on and off the stage.

Will I learn comedy?

You'll learn to speak up for yourself with confidence, trust and pride.

Doing that takes vulnerability.

Comedy comes from vulnerability, sooooo…

On and Off the Stage

It's important to me that you know that what you have to say is worth being heard. It's also important to me that you have a space to practice speaking your perspective.

Our courses offer that space in a low stakes environment.

Expect to be coached, supported and encouraged to share who you are and to practice all you would like to become (say it with me now) on and off the stage.

Our crew has therapists, behavioral analysts and university lecturers with all sorts of backgrounds, perspectives and lives on it.

We collaborate with yogis, drag queens, magicians, dulas and many different people who help give our courses shape.
