Welcome to Altogether Now: Bodies

Altogether Now: Bodies is a space to move, breathe, notice, and reconnect—with yourself.
These one-on-one sessions are led by a certified trainer with 15+ years of experience in gyms like Gold’s and Cowboys Fit, and are especially supportive for adults 50+ who are rebuilding strength, balance, or body awareness. While the home studio is not ADA compliant, off-site sessions may be available.

This Practice Transforms

This movement practice is focused on body awareness and healing. With personalized attention, you'll learn to listen to your body and move with intention.

Here, you don’t have to be in shape, feel steady, or know where to start. If you’re feeling weaker, falling more, recovering from surgery, or simply unsure how to move with ease—this is for you.
Altogether Now: Bodies is a space to rebuild trust with your body and find strength, balance, and clarity—one movement at a time.

Move With Meaning

Every session is grounded in your body’s unique needs—like balance, strength, or cognitive focus. We move with intention, using breath, rhythm, and reflection to restore confidence, improve function, and meet you where you are.
