Altogether Now: Bodies is a space to move, breathe, and reconnect—with yourself and your others. Whether through Bodies Swim (water aerobics), Bodies Move (group fitness), or Bodies Live (integrated personal training), these gatherings welcome people 50+ and anyone navigating life changes, searching for joy and craving community. These are not just workouts, they’re invitations to explore who you want to be in your body.

BODIES Move
Here, you don’t have to be in shape, feel steady, or know where to start. If you’re feeling weaker, recovering, or simply unsure how to move with ease, this is for you.
BODIES Move is a group fitness space to rebuild trust with your body and find strength, balance, and clearity in community.
BODIES Swim
Every session drips with joy, movement, and water’s healing power. We dance, we tone, we laugh. The water gives resistance without pressure, so your joints rest while your muscles work. There's music, community, and play! BODIES Swim is an invitation to feel refreshed, strong, and alive! (No Swimming Skills required!)


BODIES live
Whether you’re prepping for travel, playing with grandkids, or watching your body change, BODIES Live, meets you where your life is. We'll build physical and mental strength, balance, and awareness for how you move through the world. It’s not just weights and reps, it’s a lifestyle, a mindset, and a celebration of who you are and who you are becoming.
